CommStadium routes calls and messages through licensed telecommunications carriers and intermediary networks. Those carriers are independently required by law to retain certain traffic records — known as Call Detail Records (CDRs) — regardless of CommStadium account status. CommStadium has no ability to access or delete records held by independent carriers.
These records are metadata only (timestamp, duration, originating/terminating number). They do not include message content unless a lawful interception order is in effect.
Any emails you have sent to CommStadium or 0Wire support exist independently of your app account and are retained as part of our support records. Deleting your account does not delete this correspondence.
Deleted data may temporarily exist within encrypted backup snapshots. These are not restored except in a disaster recovery scenario and expire automatically under our normal backup schedule. They are never used to recreate deleted accounts.
Account deletion cannot be undone. Once processed, your account, profile, and all associated CommStadium data will be permanently removed with no ability to recover it.
