SMS Terms & Conditions

By joining our SMS program provided by 0Wire Communications, you agree to receive recurring text messages (notifications, updates, and reminders) on the number you provide, under these Terms that adhere to TCPA (2026) and CTIA Best Practices.

1. Opt-In Consent

In accordance with the 2026 TCPA guidelines, your participation in our SMS service requires explicit one-to-one consent. By opting in, you consent to receive messages from 0Wire Communications only. Consent cannot be transferred to, or shared with, other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.

You may opt in through any of the following methods, in compliance with 2026 CTIA Guidelines:

  • Web Form: Check a clearly labeled checkbox explicitly stating SMS program enrollment. The checkbox must not be pre-checked, and your phone number will not be required as a mandatory field.
  • Verbal Consent: Clearly agree to SMS participation after being read a compliant SMS consent disclosure. A recording and transcript of the disclosure must be retained.
  • In-Person Paper Form: Sign or complete a paper intake form containing a dedicated SMS consent section with required disclosures.
  • E-mail Opt-In: Reply to an email or complete an electronically signed document that includes clear SMS consent language.
  • Keyword Opt-In: Text a published keyword to our SMS number after being clearly informed that doing so enrolls you in our SMS program.

2. Message Frequency

You will receive no more than 3–5 messages per day, except in cases of urgent or time-sensitive notifications. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

3. Opt-Out Process

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately from all future messages.
