Farid Shouekani

Chairman

Farid has more than 20 years of experience in corporate management, engineering and software development of communications system including wireless, switching, networking and smart cities platform. For the past decade Mr. Shouekani was working with Viper networks on building a state-of-the-art smart cities platform and renewable energy solutions to provide strategic technological advances to existing infrastructure.

Farid has played a significant role in attracting investment to the company, cut cost, and sustain operation with the current economy. Mr. Shouekani has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Tech.

Erik Levitt

Partner & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Erik B. Levitt co-founded 1stPoint Communications in 2011, following the success of Endstream Communications, LLC, a next-generation VoIP and telecommunications carrier, which he co-founded in 2007. Mr. Levitt has 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology field.

Prior to founding Endstream, Mr. Levitt founded Core Technology Services in November 1995. A leading managed service provider in data networking and telecommunications outsourcing, Core supported clients in 35 countries.

In January 2004, Core was acquired by Access Integrated Technologies (AccessIT) and Mr. Levitt continued as the President and COO of the Managed Services division for more than three years. He oversaw strong growth in the division, where he led the data center group as well as managed services. He was also responsible for integrating new acquisitions into the division.

Mr. Levitt worked as a consultant with clients including Citigroup, Merrill Lynch International Private Client, and Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Levitt received a degree in Management and International Business from the Stern School of Business at NYU and was an International Baccalaureate student at the United Nations International School.

Kristen Vasicek

Chief Operating Officer

Kristen Vasicek serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of 0Wire/Viper Networks, where she is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for corporate administration, governance, organizational strategy, coordinate resources across subsidiaries, and support the execution of the Company’s strategic objectives.

Ms. Vasicek has held senior leadership positions within the organization since joining 1stPoint Communications in 2016 as Marketing Director. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2018, assuming responsibility for the Company’s administrative and operational functions as well as sales and marketing strategy. During her tenure, she has played an integral role in the development and execution of corporate initiatives, organizational expansion, brand strategy, and the coordination of operations across a growing portfolio of businesses.

Prior to joining the Company, she founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of VM Incorporated, a marketing and brand representation firm. Her earlier experience includes positions in project management, operations, sales, marketing, and brand development with Pookie & Sebastian, Magnolia Interior, Ravi Rouge, and a Texas-based wireless Internet service provider.

Ms. Vasicek earned a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Studies from Texas Tech University in 2005. A native of Midland, Texas, she spent nine years in New York City, where she gained extensive experience in business operations, marketing, and brand development. She brings more than two decades of entrepreneurial, operational, and executive leadership experience to her role with 0Wire/Viper Networks.

Nichole Chick

Vice President of Engineering and Project Management

At 0Wire, Nichole leads global telecom and infrastructure projects as Vice President of Engineering and Project Management, overseeing deployments across the U.S., Caribbean, Europe and Asia.

She is a retired U.S. Army Captain with eight years of leadership experience managing teams, operations and technology initiatives in high-pressure environments. Her background bridges strategy and execution, combining technical expertise — Security+ certified, with an active Secret clearance and bilingual in English and Russian — with a sharp focus on program management, systems engineering, procurement and cross-functional coordination.
